Tihama Power Generation Company Limited is a joint venture between ENGIE and Rakiza. Tihama Power Generation Company is having four gas-fired cogeneration (power and steam) plants situated in different Saudi Aramco premises: Ras Tanurah Refinery, Juaymah, Shedgum and Uthmaniyah Gas Plants with a combined capacity of over 1612 MW and 2869 t/h. Tihama has a contract with Saudi Aramco to Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) these four Power Plants for 20 years.
